Harry Brook calls India semifinal a dream come true, says England don't need perfect game
England कप्तान Harry Brook ने T20 World Cup 2026 semifinal को dream come true बताया. Brook का कहना है कि perfect game की जरूरत नहीं, unity और belief से जीतेंगे.
England के कप्तान Harry Brook काफी excited हैं Thursday के T20 World Cup semifinal को लेकर. Mumbai के iconic Wankhede Stadium में India के खिलाफ खेलने को उन्होंने "dream come true" बताया.
"Perfect game की जरूरत नहीं"
Brook ने pre-match press conference में बड़ी confident बात कही - "No, I don't believe that we need a perfect game to win the competition."
उनका कहना है कि इस tournament में England ने कोई भी game perfectly नहीं खेला है, फिर भी कुछ convincingly जीते हैं और बाकी tight मुकाबलों में भी across the line आए हैं. Brook ने team की unity और belief को credit दिया.
History भी है interesting
India और England पिछले दो T20 World Cup semifinals में आमने-सामने आ चुके हैं. 2022 में England ने India को हराकर title जीता था, जबकि 2024 में India ने revenge लेकर trophy उठाई.
"Best performance अभी बाकी है"
Brook ने कहा कि England अभी तक अपना perfect performance नहीं दे पाई है, और उन्हें लगता है कि वो Thursday night को आ सकता है.
"Hopefully it's tomorrow night and we go out there and we just play with freedom, play brave and look to take it to them as much as we can," Brook ने कहा.
फिर मुस्कुराते हुए बोले - "It's a fantastic, iconic stadium. I'm sure it'll be very quiet on Thursday night." England जानती है कि Wankhede में Indian crowd का शोर कितना intimidating हो सकता है!
England इस tournament में अभी तक unbeaten है. Super 8s में तीनों matches जीते हैं. India के खिलाफ भी वो full confidence के साथ उतरेंगे.
