Cricket Scorecard पढ़ना क्यों ज़रूरी है?
Scorecard आपको match की पूरी कहानी बताता है. कौन कब out हुआ, किस bowler ने कितने runs दिए, partnerships कैसी रहीं. एक बार समझ आ गया तो किसी भी match का analysis खुद कर पाएंगे.
Batting Card: हर Column का मतलब

- How Out: "c Smith b Starc" = Smith ने catch पकड़ा, Starc की bowling पर
- R/B: Runs बनाए / Balls face कीं
- SR (Strike Rate): (Runs/Balls) x 100, जितना ज़्यादा उतनी तेज़ batting
Strike Rate Formula: SR = (Runs / Balls) x 100. जैसे KL Rahul ने 55 balls में 78 runs बनाए, तो SR = (78/55) x 100 = 141.82. T20 में 130+ SR अच्छा माना जाता है.
Common "How Out" Codes

Bowling Figures: Bowler की Performance

- O (Overs): कितने overs डाले. 10.3 = 10 overs और 3 balls
- M (Maidens): जिन overs में zero runs गए
- R/W: Runs दिए / Wickets लिए
- Econ: Runs per over. कम economy = better bowling
Economy Rate bowler की efficiency बताती है. Econ = Runs / Overs. Cummins ने 10 overs में सिर्फ 38 runs दिए (Econ 3.80) - यह काफी tight bowling है. ODI में 5.00 से कम economy excellent मानी जाती है.
Extras: वो Runs जो Bat से नहीं बने
Scorecard में "Extras" line: Extras (b 2, lb 4, w 6, nb 1) = 13
- b (Byes): Ball bat और body miss करके गई, run लिया
- lb (Leg Byes): Ball body पर लगी (bat नहीं), run लिया
- w (Wides): Wide ball, bowler के account में
- nb (No Ball): No ball, bowler के account में
Fall of Wickets और Partnerships
FOW: 1-45 (Rohit, 8.2), 2-112 (Kohli, 22.4), 3-145 (Jadeja, 28.1)
यह बताता है कौन सा wicket, किस score पर, किस over में गिरा. FOW से partnerships और collapse patterns समझ आते हैं. Partnerships section बताता है दो batsmen ने मिलकर कितने runs बनाए.
अगली बार match हो तो ESPNcricinfo पर scorecard खोलें और हर section identify करें. 2-3 matches बाद natural हो जाएगा.
